Seller and product
JRBO is a software product provided by Raymond Nguyen, sole trader, ABN 85 661 298 759.
Licence
A one-time purchase grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the supplied JRBO web application for the purchaser's own business operations, subject to these terms. The software, licence credentials or substantially identical copies must not be resold, sublicensed, redistributed or shared as a product with third parties.
Estimates and business decisions
JRBO uses information and assumptions entered into the software to produce planning estimates. Outputs may differ from actual weights, costs, disposal charges, profitability or other outcomes. JRBO does not determine legal vehicle payload, roadworthiness, load safety, regulatory compliance, disposal requirements, tax obligations or accounting treatment. You remain responsible for independently verifying applicable limits, requirements and business decisions.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including rights that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
