This notice explains how information is handled in connection with Junk Removal Business OS (JRBO).

Information we may handle

Information may include purchaser and support contact details, licence and activation information, business settings, quotes, job and customer records entered by you, disposal and expense records, performance records, and technical or security information needed to operate and protect the service.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. JRBO does not need to store your full payment-card number. Stripe handles payment information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Why information is used

Information is used to provide and secure the software, administer licences, maintain the purchaser's workspace, fulfil purchases, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations.

Your data

You are responsible for ensuring you are permitted to enter and use personal or business information in JRBO and for using the software consistently with laws that apply to your business.
