Refunds & Consumer Rights

Purchases of JRBO may carry rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law. Nothing in this policy or our terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

If there is a problem

If JRBO has a problem, does not operate as described, or you believe you are entitled to a remedy, contact jrbosupport@gmail.com with the purchase email and a description of the issue. We will assess the issue and provide any remedy required by applicable law.

Change of mind

We do not automatically provide a refund merely because a purchaser changes their mind after receiving access, except where we expressly agree or where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
